1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website of Infinite SEO Solutions (“Agency”, “we”, “us”) or by engaging us for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and marketing services, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Infinite SEO Solutions provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to: Local SEO, On-Page Optimization, Google Business Profile Management, Content Creation, and Website Development. Specific deliverables are outlined in your individual service agreement or invoice.
3. SEO Disclaimer & Guarantees
IMPORTANT: We do not own Google. While we employ proven “Revenue Engineering” strategies with a high success rate, we do not guarantee specific rankings (e.g., #1 spot) or specific traffic numbers. Search algorithms change daily, and third-party platforms (Google, Bing, Facebook) have final control over visibility.
4. Payments and Billing
Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
- Invoices: Sent monthly and are due upon receipt.
- Late Fees: Invoices outstanding for more than 7 days may result in a temporary pause of services until the balance is cleared.
- Refunds: Due to the labor-intensive nature of SEO, we do not offer refunds for work already performed.
5. Cancellation Policy
We believe in earning your business every month. However, to ensure a smooth transition of assets, we require a 30-day written notice via email to [email protected] for cancellation of recurring services.
6. Client Responsibilities
To get the best results, you agree to:
- Provide necessary access to website CMS, Google Business Profiles, and Analytics accounts.
- Approve content and strategy adjustments in a timely manner.
- Ensure your business information (Name, Address, Phone) is accurate across your own internal records.
7. Intellectual Property
Your Assets: You retain full ownership of your website, domain, and content produced for you once paid for in full.
Our Methods: Infinite SEO Solutions retains ownership of our proprietary processes, audit frameworks, and internal tools used to achieve your results.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Infinite SEO Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
